yo quick question. does vista support 4 gb of ram? 32 &64bit

32bit = 4 GB
64bit=
Home Basic - 8 GB
Home Premium - 16 GB
Ultimate - 128+ GB
Business - 128+ GB
Enterprise - 128+ GB

(yes, physical memory)

only thing i was reading that 32bit os's dont have the 4gb support, you'd need to get the 64bit supposedly?

if you check out: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/editions/64bit.mspx under memory specifications it says "All editions of Windows Vista 64-bit provide increased memory support beyond the standard 4 gigabytes (GB) available with 32-bit editions."
